Pancakes 3 Ways

Pancake day might be one of the best days of the year. You can eat as many pancakes as you want and no one can say anything. Once you have the perfect pancake recipe you can add whichever topping you wish to make it amazing. The recipe is a Jamie Oliver recipe.
Ingredients:
3 large free-range eggs
115g plain flour
1 heaped teaspoon baking powder 
140ml milk


Method:

Start by separating the eggs, putting the whites into one bowl and the yolks into another.

Add the flour, baking powder and milk into the bowl with the yolks and mix to a smooth thick batter.

Whisk the whites with 1 pinch of sea salt until they form stiff peaks, then fold into the batter.

Heat a non-stick pan over a medium heat, pour some of the batter into the pan and cook for a couple of minutes, or until it starts to look golden and firm.

Don't forget to flip your pancakes to get them cooked on both sides.

Berries and cream
