3 Quick And Easy Smoothie Bowls

Smoothie bowls have recently become such a huge thing and every time we scroll through Instagram we see a dozen on our feed. So we thought why not try and make our own at home. We have made 5 different smoothie bowls that are super easy to make and will for sure have people asking you where you got it. 

To make all of our smoothie bowls we simply added all of the ingredients to our blend active and blended until it was completely smooth. You could also use any kind of smoothie maker or Nutribullet.
Peach, raspberry and yogurt 
- 100g mixed frozen raspberries and peaches (Buy frozen or cut up and freeze yourself)
- 150ml pure apple juice
- 2 tablespoons yogurt (we used vanilla Onken but you can use any plain yogurt you have)

- Handful of raspberries
- Sprinkle of goji berries 
- Sprinkle of coconut chips
- Small sprinkle of chia seeds 

- We first start by blending all of the frozen fruit with a little bit of juice until smooth.
- When everything is blended well then add the rest of the juice a little at the time to ensure you don't make it too watery. 
- When you have the right consistency which should be thick and scoopable, you can then add your toppings to decorate how you like. 

Top tip: If you need to thicken your smoothie bowl blend in some more frozen fruit until you reach the right consistency!
Pineapple, peach and banana (Vegan)
- 2 Bananas 
- 1 Cup of pineapple
- 1 Cup of peaches 

- Handful of pineapple chunks 
- Handful of granola 
- 2 Kiwis 

- Simply blend all of the fruit together. 

Mango, peach and pineapple (Vegan)
- 1 Whole mango
- 1 Cup of pineapple
- 1 Whole peach

- Handful of pineapple chunks 
- Handful of coconut chips
- Sprinkle of chia seeds
- 1 Banana

- Simply blend all of the fruit together. Only add a little bit of juice if it is too thick.
